In keeping with our goal to promote health and wellness, we now offer massage therapy at Arundel Physical Therapy & Fitness.  Massage therapy can help decrease pain, decrease stress, and improve musculoskeletal function. 

This is a self-pay service provided by certified and licensed massage therapist, Amanda Goodnow, CMT.  She is currently available by appointment on Wednesdays.
