"I have known Bud Ward for about 10 years. I developed an issue due to my total knee replacement 2 years ago. I immediately contacted Bud to ask if he could help. Bud was more than willing to help me work on my knee issue. The location of Arundel Physical Therapy & Fitness is easy access and the equipment is the latest and top notch. Bud is professional and extremely personal to handle your needs. Lindi could not be more accommodating to scheduling you as well. After my past 3 knee surgeries and rehabs with Bud I would not consider going to any other therapist but Bud."

"I want to convey my appreciation to you and your staff for the care I received Arundel Physical Therapy and Fitness. The therapy was safe and effective. The measurable results were achieved much quicker than I anticipated. I want to acknowledge the professionalism as well as the empathy shown during my course of therapy at your new facility."

"Recently I went to Arundel Physical Therapy & Fitness for an aggravating and very painful rotator cuff problem.  I found the center and staff to be top-notch.  The facility is brand new with the latest equipment.  I have been to other physical therapy offices in the past but they couldn't compare to this great experience.  My physical therapist, Bud Ward, was both friendly and knowledgeable.  He was extremely attentive and kept me informed of the treatment process, as well as, my progress at every appointment.  I would highly recommend Arundel Physical Therapy & Fitness to all my family and friends."

"My experience at Arundel Physical Therapy & Fitness was outstanding.  As soon as you walk in, Lindi is there smiling.  Bud is very professional and personable at the same time.  Any and all questions were answered.  The state of the art equipment makes rehab/therapy easy and fun.  If you have ever been scared away from PT, they make it as comfortable as possible.  Bud will even DVR football games, to watch on Fridays, when the staff and patients are invited to where there “favorite” NFL apparel, even though it seems the purple and black are the favorite colors.  I enjoyed Arundel PT so much that I am continuing my stay there doing a step down program.  I would like to thank Bud, Erin, and Lindi for making My Therapy on my sprained ankle as enjoyable as possible."

"Several weeks ago, I completed therapy for a fractured shoulder at Arundel Physical Therapy & Fitness.  The doctors at Walter Reed told me that I would not regain full range of motion.  However, my therapist, Bud Ward, kept an open mind and did not set boundaries for my progress.  I am very thankful for the results!  Bud and his staff are pleasant, accommodating, and professional.  I highly recommend Arundel Physical Therapy & Fitness!"

"I am happy to report that I am doing very well since completion of the PT and release by the surgeon. I have had no problems with the knee and even completed 4 softball practices (carefully of course) with no discomfort. Many thanks to you and your staff for your work with me.  If I am in need of future PT services, you will be at the top of my list. Thanks again!"

"In the fall of 2008, I went to see my doctor because of the difficulty I was having in walking.  Dr. Padgett recommended physical therapy at Arundel Physical Therapy & Fitness.  Today after some weeks of therapy, my gait is 95% better with no pain.

Everyone associated with this center gets an A+ in my book.  They conduct themselves in a professional manner and show genuine concern for their patients.  From the physical therapists to the techs, these people know what they are doing and how to achieve positive results.  On the last day of therapy, I was given words of wisdom - keep up with the exercises as much as possible and don't let days slip by without them.  They also told me to feel free to contact them whenever needed about this condition.

Today because of the skilled care and knowledge, I have almost a normal gait.  This will most likely get better with the regular routine of easy exercises that can be done at home in about 20 minutes.

Just as the slogan states 'Improve Your Life' - Arundel PT did just that for me.  Thanks again for your help!"
